Well, that's a wrap on 2022! It was a vast impro Well, that's a wrap on 2022! It was a vast improvement on the last two years, which were easily some of the hardest of my life. Settled into my new job which I love, travelled for work and pleasure (oh, I had missed it!), camped, had lots of adventures with my beautiful family and rounded the year with the most amazing Christmas. I spent the year seeing a therapist and it has hands down been the most transformative experience ever. I would say I wish I had done it sooner, but I wasn't ready. I have accepted that I am 99% sure (as was my therapist!) I have been living with ADHD all my life. Being able to work with it rather against it and just been kind to myself has been huge. I am going into 2023 in a much better place mentally than before. If 2022 was about working on my mental health, then 2023 is about working on my physical health. 2023, let's smash it! #goodbye2022 #endofyearroundup #newyearsameme #newyearreflections #mentalhealthmatters #womenwithadhd #neurodivergent #
