It's been a difficult month. I suffer with seasona It's been a difficult month. I suffer with seasonal affective disorder and when the clocks go back I struggle with the dark nights and mornings. What usually gets me through it is my love for the season, entertaining and hosting my friends and Christmas planning and activities. That usually sees me ok until January. Obviously this year it's different. None of that and I have let my self wallow a bit in what could be, rather than what can be. Control the controllables. I can't control what is going on with this virus, but I can control how I let it dictate how the rest of the year pans out. So be gone, Grinch!
